These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrendAI Video mobile application and its related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by Şardağ Bilişim Yazılım Teknoloji Limited (“Şardağ,” “TrendAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. By creating an account, agreeing to the content rules and consent shown before an upload, tapping “Allow sharing,” creating a video, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrendAI Video.

You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Description of the Services

TrendAI Video uses artificial intelligence and related video-processing technologies to create a new version of a short video clip with you in it.

An account is required to save a face scan, upload a video or photo, create a video, or view Your Results. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email address. TrendAI does not use passwords. You can sign out or delete your account in the App.

To use the Services, you may provide:

• a guided camera scan of your own face;
• an optional full-body photo of yourself;
• videos selected from your device or shared into the App;
• links to supported third-party video services; and
• text to change the words shown in a video.

Before every upload, the App shows our content rules and asks for your consent. Some features process your material through third-party artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your Content and Permission to Use It

“Input” means any face scan, photo, video, text, link, or other material you submit to the Services.

“Output” means a video or other content created through the Services in response to your Input.

Input and Output are together referred to as “Content.”

You represent and warrant that:

• your face scan and full-body photo are of you;
• you own every video you upload or have all permissions and legal rights necessary to use it;
• every identifiable person in your Input has agreed to the use of their face, likeness, body, and voice for the requested video;
• your Input and your use of any Output do not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, personality, image, voice, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• your Content and your use of the Services comply with applicable law; and
• the information you provide in a report or support request is accurate.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use TrendAI to create, upload, request, distribute, or share Content that:

• uses a face scan or photo of anyone other than yourself;
• uses another person’s face, likeness, body, or voice without their permission;
• shows celebrities or other public figures, or impersonates any person or organization;
• falsely suggests that a person said, did, supported, or endorsed something;
• contains sexually explicit content, nudity, pornography, or intimate contact;
• shows children, or contains or promotes the abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of a minor;
• promotes violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, harassment, bullying, hate, extremism, or discrimination;
• promotes illegal activity, illegal goods or services, drug use, weapons, or harmful instructions;
• contains political or religious messaging, campaigning, or propaganda;
• mocks, celebrates, or exploits the victims of a tragedy, disaster, or attack;
• promotes gambling or sports betting;
• is deceptive, including disinformation, misinformation, fraud, scams, or fake online engagement;
• violates privacy, publicity, personality, intellectual-property, data-protection, or other legal rights;
• contains malware or attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or
• otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, or evade our content rules or safety checks, or use automated tools, scraping, or unauthorized access methods.

The absence of an automated warning or block does not mean that Content is lawful, authorized, or permitted. You remain responsible for your Content and its use.

5. Responsibility for Generated Content

Artificial intelligence may create inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or visually distorted results.

You are responsible for reviewing each Output before saving, publishing, or sharing it.

You are solely responsible for:

• the Input you provide;
• deciding whether an Output is appropriate and lawful;
• obtaining all required permissions;
• the context in which you publish or share an Output; and
• any claim, harm, or legal consequence resulting from your Content or your use of an Output.

Outputs must not be treated as factual information or professional advice.

Where required by law or necessary to avoid deceiving others, you must clearly disclose that an Output was created or altered using artificial intelligence.

6. Ownership and Limited Service License

You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your Input.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use the Output we deliver to you, subject to these Terms and the rights of other people.

We do not grant you any rights in another person’s face, likeness, voice, copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material merely because the Services produced an Output containing or resembling that material.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and store your Input and Output only as reasonably necessary to:

• operate the Services;
• create and deliver your requested Output;
• perform content, safety, and compatibility checks;
• troubleshoot failed jobs;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• provide customer support; and
• comply with legal obligations.

This license ends when the relevant Content is deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably required by law, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement obligations.

We do not claim ownership of your Content because you use TrendAI.

7. Third-Party Services

TrendAI uses third-party service providers to check content and create videos. These include fal.ai and the video and image models made available through it, such as Wan (Alibaba); Google’s Gemini API, which checks the videos, photos, and text you add against our content rules; and cloud and GPU infrastructure providers.

TrendAI also uses Apple for Sign in with Apple and push notifications, Google for Sign in with Google, and an email provider to deliver one-time sign-in codes.

Using TrendAI does not create a direct account with those providers, other than the Apple, Google, or email account you choose to sign in with. The processing of your Input and account information may also be subject to their privacy and service terms.

Third-party services may become unavailable, change their capabilities, reject a request, or return an unexpected result. We do not guarantee the continued availability of a particular provider or model.

8. Content Rules, Moderation, and Enforcement

Every video, photo, and piece of text you add is checked automatically against our content rules before it is used. Content that breaks the rules is refused. If a check cannot be completed, the upload is refused as well.

We may also use technical restrictions, human review, and user reports to identify prohibited or unlawful use.

We may, where appropriate:

• refuse or stop a request;
• restrict an upload;
• remove or disable access to Content;
• suspend access to a feature or account;
• preserve information required for an investigation;
• report conduct when legally required; or
• terminate access to the Services.

Our failure to detect or block Content does not transfer responsibility for that Content to us.

9. Reports and Complaints

If you believe Content created with TrendAI breaks these Terms or infringes your face, likeness, voice, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us at contact@bilgames.io.

Please include, where available:

• your name and contact information;
• a description of the problem or the right you believe was infringed;
• a description or copy of the relevant Content;
• information that helps us locate the Content;
• confirmation that you are the affected person or are authorized to act for them; and
• a statement that the information in your report is accurate.

We may ask for additional information to verify and investigate the report, and we may remove or restrict Content while we review it.

Knowingly submitting a false or abusive report may itself violate these Terms.

10. Privacy

Before sending your face scan, photos, videos, or text to a third-party generation provider, TrendAI asks for your explicit consent. If you decline, video creation is not available. You can withdraw this consent at any time in the App.

11. Service Availability and Results

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• every video will be created successfully;
• an Output will resemble you or any particular person;
• an Output will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or error-free;
• the Services will always be available;
• processing will finish within an estimated time; or
• Content will never be lost.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Şardağ Bilişim Yazılım Teknoloji Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.

This includes loss caused by:

• unauthorized Input;
• publication or sharing of an Output;
• infringement of another person’s rights;
• failed or delayed processing;
• unavailable third-party services; or
• loss or corruption of Content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Şardağ Bilişim Yazılım Teknoloji Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your Content;
• your use or sharing of an Output;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law; or
• your violation of another person’s rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using TrendAI at any time. You may sign out or delete your account in the App. Deleting the account permanently deletes the account and the face scan, full-body photo, imported videos, and results stored for it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a safety or legal risk, infringed another person’s rights, or misused the Services.

Provisions concerning Content responsibility, ownership, reports, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, providers, law, or safety requirements. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply after they take effect.

If you do not agree to an updated version, you must stop using the Services.

16. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of TrendAI.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
